Using the metronome

The metronome produces a measured tone at set intervals. Using the metronome enables you to maintain a fixed tempo while practicing.

  • When recording along with a song, the metronome is set to the tempo of the selected song. You can also set the tempo as you wish on the settings screen. During playback of a song, the metronome will sound in time with the tempo and beat changes of that song.

1.Tap the “Metronome” button.

2.Set the Beat.

1-9 beats: Sets a value from One Beat to Nine Beat. The metronome chimes on the first beat and clicks for the remaining beats.

3.Set the Tempo.

Setting the tempo numerically between 20 and 255. Tap “+” or “-” to set.
Tap the “reset” button to return the value to the default setting.

4.Setting using Tempo Markings.

The tempo is set according to the selected Tempo Markings.

Select from Largo, Lento, Adagio, Andante, Moderato, Allegretto, Allegro, Vivace or Presto.

5.Adjust the volume as required.

6.Tap icon_pkay-pause_ver2 to sound the metronome

To stop the metronome, tap icon_Playback_stop again.
