MIDI files
Choose a song from the MIDI files imported into the app.
To import MIDI files

1.Tap the MIDI File Import button.

Your smart device’s File Selection screen will appear.

2.Select a file with the extension “.mid” or “.MID”

The Player screen will appear.
- If you select a file with an extension other than “.mid” or “.MID”, an error message will appear.
You can also use the following methods for importing.
iOS
You can also use one of the following methods for importing.
- Download the MIDI file via the smart device’s browser, open File App, select the appropriate file and choose “CASIO MUSIC SPACE” under Share.
- Save the MIDI file you downloaded via email attachment or smart device browser to any location, open File App, select the appropriate file, and choose “CASIO MUSIC SPACE” under Share.
Android
Download the MIDI file via your smart device’s browser, select the appropriate file from any management app and open it with “CASIO MUSIC SPACE”.
Selecting a song from imported MIDI files

1.Tap “Piano Roll” in the top menu.

- A message about the music selection is displayed. If you don’t want to see this message next time, tap to check the checkbox to the left of “Do not show again”.

2.Tap “OK”

3.Select “Piano” or “Keyboard” from the Song Category tab.

- The default setting is “Piano”.

4.Select “MIDI Files” from “collection”

5.Select a song from the list of songs that appears

The song title and a confirmation message will appear.

6.Tap “OK” to load the song.

- To cancel, tap “Cancel”.

7.Specify the left-hand or right-hand part.
