The CT-X series uses the AiX (Acoustic intelligent multi-eXpression) Sound Source, which richly produces powerful low tones and clear high tones. It incorporates technologies for keyboard sound source development that have been passed down since the time of the CZ-101, Casio's first synthesizer.
■A high-performance LSI with powerful calculation capabilities helps to naturally achieve elements such as piano tone quality changes, drum presence, the rich expansion of strings, and other attractive elements of the sounds of acoustic musical instruments.
■For the melody sounds, accompaniment drums sounds, and accompaniment chordal instruments, because the CT-X series enables the use of a digital signal processor (DSP) that performs high-speed processing of the digital signals for various different tones, the keyboard allows players to perform with a high level of expressivity where each musical instrument sound is identifiable, even when playing along with an Auto Accompaniment ensemble.
High-output amp & high-performance bass reflex speakers
The keyboard uses a 15W + 15W amp and high-performance bass reflex speakers equipped with large magnets. Even when the keyboard sound is used standalone and not run through an acoustic system, such as an amp, the keyboard is capable of performances overflowing with presence due to powerful low tones.
